Voluntary Refreshment Rota for August
As some of you may remember, last year we did not have refreshments during the month of August and we have decided to do the same this year. This is because many of the members on the rota are away during August and it is just too hard to find replacements for them from among the remaining members. So, with the agreement of the Vicar, we have again cancelled refreshments for that month.
However, if anyone in the congregation would like to go on the rota just for this one month and lets me know as soon as possible, I am willing to draw up a one-off rota when we may be able to get refreshments after the 10 am service for some of the five Sundays. You never know, depending on how many respond, we may even get enough volunteers to fill every Sunday in August!
I am holiday for most of June but will be in email contaact so please email me if you are willing to help.
